A refurbishment process built around reliability
Every drive received by NDC follows a clearly defined process:
TEST → DIAGNOSIS → REFURBISH → TEST
The drive is initially assessed to identify the fault and determine the work required. Components are then refurbished or replaced as necessary before the unit undergoes comprehensive functional testing.
NDC uses specially developed test rigs designed to reproduce the real operating conditions of an elevator system. This allows the refurbished drive to be tested under load and its functionality verified before it is returned to service.
