Smart and Compact Control Unit
Due to its
compact size and simple logic, our TSG closed-loop door operator control unit
can be installed in nearly all elevators. A powerful DC gearmotor, enough to drive an 880
lb. door, can be installed in all door panel styles (single or telescopic).
Our UL/CSA CERTIFIED with IP54/NEMA13 rating door operator can be installed in all residential or commercial environments including companies, offices, homes, nursing homes, hospitals etc. Also available for explosion-proof environments, with the ATEX “Atmosphères Explosibles” certification version for installation in industrial plants (e.g. cement plants and cereal processing), chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, water treatment plants as well as oil and gas rigs.
Fast installation
Our door operator kits are extremely simple to install and maintain, with a maintenance-free DC motor and simple (non-lubricated) linear belt drive system. The wiring protocol is minimum in order to keep the electrical installation time short.
Smart technology
The encoder-controlled linear gearmotor ensures that the doors open and close safely, quickly and quietly. The programmable control unit enables the installer to learn door(s) and to create a variety of custom settings directly on the device, NO EXTERNAL TOOL NEEDED.
Furthermore, the operator has an integrated obstacle detection with auto-reversing, ensuring quick reaction time for user safety and equipment prevention.
