Fire Evacuation Control
Have you ever wondered:
• What happens to the lift in the event of a fire?
• Which travels will still be allowed for the lift?
• Which floor is the lift supposed to evacuate to in the event of a fire?
• Which fire regulations are to be adhered with in your country?
• Is there is a duty to modernize the lift?
• How can the lift be made safer?
We offer you:
• Advice on all questions of safety
• An expandable PLC control system with a guaranteed future
• A fire evacuation control which is independent of the lift manufacturers
• A static fire evacuation control
• Dynamic fire evacuation control
• Integration of your individual plan of evacuation
• Installation service
• On site commissioning of the system

Example of an evacuation:
When the fire alarm is set on, the lift automatically travels to the ground floor. If a fire alarm is set on in the ground floor, the cabin will travel on to the floor with the next priority.
After the evacuation, the lift comes to a standstill with open door. Visual or acoustic signals direct passengers to leave the lift cabin.
This fire evacuation control is a unit based on a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system. This unit is designed to capture the state of the lift and analyse the signals of the central fire alarm system simultaneously. In case of fire, the fire evacuation control influences the lift, so that a fitting evacuation takes place.
LC Fire Evacuation Control:
The LC fire evacuation control is built up modularly and will be adjusted to your individual needs:
• Lifts of any manufacturer can be modernized with a fire evacuation control.
• Even relay controllers can be modernized with a fire evacuation control.
• The plan of evacuation is adjusted to the requirements of the building.
• In case of changes in the use of the building or in regulations, it is possible to reprogramming the system at anytime.
• For more than four floors, the fire evacuation control is modularly expanded.
